Everything has a Shadow.
Everything makes Echoes upon the Stream.
As I walk alone, I glimpse my Shadow.
That is not my Shadow, I realize.
It is merely one of my Echoes.
I continue onward.

What is the difference between a Shadow and an Echo?
The Shadow is Dark Samus, and the Echo is something else. A Space Pirate?

Well, if Dark Samus is the "Echo" (it says what he/she sees is their echo, and not their shadow as they previously thought) referred to in the post, wouldn't that make YX455 Samus...?
